Smelter waste supplies alkalinity, brine supplies cations, captured CO₂ supplies carbon. One connected chain converts them into minerals, fuels, and treated water, each stream verified.

It begins with waste.

Aluminium smelter waste, SPL and black dross, supplies the alkalinity. Desalination reject brine supplies the cations. Captured CO₂ supplies the carbon. These streams are the raw materials of the chain.

Chemistry turns them into products.

When waste alkalinity, waste cations, and CO₂ combine on Karbonia process trains, they form permanent carbonate minerals. The same platform runs electrochemical routes to hydrogen, validated kinetics to methanol, and leaves the water cleaner than it arrived.

Renewable electricity powers atmospheric capture and the production of green H₂ from water.
